Attorney Jason B. Dennis focuses his practice on municipal law and civil litigation (including construction cases, property disputes, and personal injury); however, he is at the ready to assist clients in a variety of legal matters. Jason has experience in various legal areas, including administrative law, appellate law, condominium/HOA law, criminal law/DUI matters, employment law, and regulatory law. Jason works with his clients to develop practical--albeit sometimes creative--solutions to their legal needs, and his goal in any matter is to assist clients in the most effective and efficient way possible. While resolving a matter outside of court is often in a client’s best interest, Jason remains ready, willing, and able to advocate for his clients in court and in other contested proceedings, whether before a judge, jury, or other hearings officer or panel.
Jason is admitted to practice law in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts (inactive status). Jason is a graduate of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Leadership Academy Class of 2016-2017. He is currently serving as Out-of-State Governor on the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Board of Governors. Jason is also a member of the Tin Mountain Conservation Center Board of Trustees.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Roanoke College in 2003. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Indiana University (IU) in 2008. While at IU, Jason participated in the Barcelona Institute on International and Comparative Law in Barcelona, Spain; the Suffolk University Summer Law Program in Lund, Sweden; and was also member of IU’s team in the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Trial Competition. Additionally, Jason was an active member of Phi Delta Phi, the oldest legal organization in continuous existence in the United States.
Jason lives with his wife Liz and their daughter in Madison, New Hampshire. Aside from his legal interests, Jason is a published novelist, an avid sports fan, and a Christmas village "architect." Jason has coached high school soccer and enjoys rock climbing and other outdoor activities with his wife and daughter as often as possible.
